I am a certified yoga therapist and eating recovery coach. The community I serve are battling anxiety, disordered eating and/or chronic dieting. I weave together the concepts of slow movement arts such as yoga and qigong along with mindful eating practices and research. The techniques and skills I teach train people how to regulate their nervous system which frees them from anxiety and disordered eating habits.
